Thank you for the quick delivery of the package. However I was disappointed I had to purchase the seat & cassette. I really only needed the cassette not the seat. Otherwise all good. Thank you.

Unfortunately by the time we arrived home and opened the parcel we found that the toilet seat was smashed on one end... not sure how that would have happened... the canister was good and that was the main thing we were after... we did not send it back as we thought we has run out of time...
