Some important things we want to bring to your attention up front are as follows (more detail is provided in the full Terms of Service below):

These Terms of Service apply on and from the Effective Date stated above.
ECCPL and RV Online reserve the right to change these Terms of Service as we see fit but we will act reasonably when doing so and will notify users by posting an updated version on this website – see clause 2.
Each user of this website consents to ECCPL and RV Online collecting, using, storing and disclosing personal information and other information about that user for the purposes of ECCPL and RV Online providing the Service (as defined below) and for other purposes set out in the RV Online Privacy Policy – see clause 15 below and our Privacy Policy for further details.
All orders will be delivered in accordance with the order confirmation we issue and our Shipping Policy (we only deliver to locations in Australia). All returns, refunds and exchanges of products and/or services will be handled in accordance with our Returns Policy.
If you do not agree to all of these Terms of Service or any updated, changed or replaced Terms of Service, then you must stop using this website and our Service.

Please read all of the Terms of Service below before you use this website or submit an order or make a purchase on the website so you are fully across the Terms before you do so.

Capitalised or defined terms used in these Terms of Service have the meanings given in the body of these Terms or in clause 24 below (unless the context requires otherwise).

1. TERMS OVERVIEW

1.1 This website (the “Site”) is owned and operated by Everything Caravan & Camping Pty Ltd (ABN 85 664 582 932) trading as RVonline.com.au ("ECCPL”, "we”, “our” or ”us”).
1.2 These Terms of Service (“Terms of Service” or “Terms”) apply to the Site and to all visitors to and users of the Site (“user”, "you” or “your”), including without limitation (a) users who are browsers, customers, merchants, vendors, and/ or contributors of content, and (b) any person that places an order for products and/or services or purchases products and/or services on the Site. These Terms of Service also apply to any person that places an order for products and/or services or purchases products and/or services with RV Online through RV Online customer services.
1.3 These Terms apply and are effective from the Effective Date stated above (“Effective Date”). ECCPL and RV Online offers the Site, including all information, tools and services available from this Site to you, the user, conditional upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices set out or referenced in these Terms.
1.4 By visiting or using the Site or RV Online customer services for any purpose and/or by placing an order with us or purchasing something from us, you engage in our service (the “Service” or our “Service”) and accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service and those additional terms and conditions and policies constitute an agreement between you and ECCPL (“the Agreement”).
1.5 These Terms do not apply to any other business conducted or website operated by ECCPL.
1.6 Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our Site.

2. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS OF SERVICE

2.1 You can review the most current version of the Terms of Service at any time on the Site.

2.2 We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part or all of these Terms of Service by posting an updated version to our Site. It is your responsibility to check the Terms periodically for changes and before using the Site or placing an order. Your continued use of or access to the Site following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to all of these Terms or any updated, changed or replaced Terms, then you must stop using the Site and the Service.

3. ONLINE STORE BASIC TERMS

3.1 ECCPL and RV Online offer the ‘RV Online’ online store (“the Store”) on the Site and via RV Online customer services, including all information, tools and services available through the Store, conditional upon your acceptance of these Terms and all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.
3.2 Our Store is hosted on Shopify Inc. Shopify Inc provides us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you through the Store.
3.3 By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are 18 years of age or older.
3.4 You must not use our Service, the Site, the Store or any of our products or services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
3.5 You must not and must not attempt to:
(a) interfere with the proper operation of the Service, the Store or the Site; or
(b) introduce or transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature to the Service, the Store or the Site; or
(c) use, copy or distribute any content on the Site without our prior express permission.
3.6 If in our sole judgment you breach, or we reasonably suspect that you have breached, any term or provision of these Terms of Service, we may terminate this Agreement with you and/or terminate your access to the Service, the Store and the Site pursuant to clause 20.3.

4. GENERAL CONDITIONS

4.1 We reserve the right to refuse to provide the Service, the Site, the Store or any of our products or services to anyone for any business, operational or regulatory compliance reason at any time (we will act reasonably in doing so and we will notify you when we do so).

4.2 You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

4.3 You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service, without express written permission by us.

4.4 The headings used in this Agreement are included for convenience only and will not limit or otherwise affect these Terms.

5. ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS AND TIMELINESS OF INFORMATION

5.1 While we use our reasonable endeavours to ensure the information provided on this Site is correct and up to date, we rely on third party manufacturers and suppliers for product and service descriptions provided on this Site, as well as for information regarding availability of products and services and related manufacturer/supplier promotions and offers etc.. The material on this Site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting primary, more detailed or more timely sources of information. We recommend that you research the relevant product and/or service with independent sources of information before submitting any order.
5.2 Occasionally there may be information provided on or through the Service, the Site or the Store that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product or service descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, delivery or transit times and availability. We reserve the right to correct without prior notice any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information, if any information provided through the Service, the Site or the Store is inaccurate at any time. Please monitor changes to our Site so that you are aware of the latest information.
5.3 We also reserve the right to cancel orders (and provide a full refund) if any information provided through the Service, the Site or the Store regarding your order is inaccurate at any time (including any pricing error, inaccuracy or omission). We will notify you as soon as possible if this occurs.
5.4 We reserve the right to modify the Site and its contents at any time and to change any descriptions of products, services and pricing at any time without notice. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor changes to our Site. No specified update or refresh date applied to the Service, the Site or the Store, should be taken to indicate that all information provided through the Service, the Site or the Store has been modified or updated as at that date.

6. PRICES AND MODIFICATION OF THE SERVICE

6.1 Prices for our products and services (and any other charges) are shown in Australian dollars and are subject to change without notice.

6.2 We reserve the right at any time to modify the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.

6.3 Subject to any Non-Excludable Rights, we will not be liable to you or to any third-party for any price change or any modification of the Service.

7. PRODUCTS OR SERVICES (if applicable)

7.1 We may have limited quantities from time to time of our products or services.

7.2 We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear at the Store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.

7.3 We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction for our reasonable business purposes or as required by law. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We also reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer and to discontinue any product or service at any time.

7.4 Subject to any Non-Excludable Rights, we do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you through RV Online will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.

8. PLACING ORDERS

8.1 The promotion of products or services on the Site does not constitute an offer to sell. It is an invitation to treat only.

8.2 Orders placed by you are offers to purchase the relevant products or services under these Terms, at the price specified (including delivery and other quoted charges).

8.3 An order for products or services is only finalised (and the corresponding purchase made) when you have completed the checkout process and received an order confirmation from us and payment is received by us in full.

8.4 You are responsible for any discrepancies or errors in your order caused by you. You must review your order carefully before placing it.

8.5 Subject to any Non-Excludable Rights, once an order is confirmed:

(a) you are unable to cancel or change it; and

(b) if you have any problems with your order, you must go through the normal returns process outlined in our Returns Policy.

8.6 Your order may be cancelled or delayed in circumstances where we reasonably believe the order is incorrect or there may be credit card or payment fraud (detected prior to the goods being shipped), or where your order cannot be shipped, or (subject to any Non-Excludable Rights) if there has been an error in the price or product description on the Site.

8.7 We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us (provided we act reasonably in doing so). We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order for our reasonable business purposes or as required by law. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. We reserve the right to limit or cancel orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors. We also reserve the right to notify you that products or services for which you placed orders have become unavailable for reasons beyond our control.

8.8 In the event that we make a change to, limit or cancel an order, we will notify you by contacting the email and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. Your order may be delayed, or you may receive a full refund or store credit (at your election), in the event we cannot fulfil your order for reasons beyond our control. Otherwise, if we cancel or are unable to fulfil your order, without fault on your part, we will provide a full refund of any payment received.

8.9 You can submit orders and make purchases on the Site without creating a Shopping or Program account or logging in to either (our “Guest checkout process”). When you use Guest checkout process, we will still collect any personal information you provide, including your name, email and delivery address, and use that information, in accordance with our Privacy Policy. However, if you do not log in to your account you may be unable to access some features of the Site and you may not receive certain benefits.

9. SHIPPING

9.1 All confirmed orders will be shipped in accordance with the order confirmation we issue and our Shipping Policy.

9.2 We only deliver to locations in Australia. Accordingly, you must have a delivery address in Australia to use the Service and to purchase products and/or services from us. We reserve the right not to accept or confirm an order that does not include a valid Australian delivery address.

10. RETURNS AND DEFECTIVE GOODS

10.1 All returns, refunds and exchanges of ordered or purchased products that are tangible goods (including for change of mind and/or defective or faulty products) will be handled in accordance with our Returns Policy. For more detail, please review our Returns Policy.

11. BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION AND TAX INVOICES

11.1 You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all orders and purchases made at our Store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

11.2 If you have a Shopping or Program account with us, you are fully responsible for the activity that occurs on your account (including orders placed using your account), and you must keep your account password secure. You must notify us as soon as possible after you become aware of any unauthorised access to your Shopping or Program account. You are liable for all unauthorised access to your Shopping or Program account until ECCPL is notified of such unauthorised access. We are not responsible for any unauthorised activity on your account.

11.3 You will be liable for all GST and other taxes (of any kind) applicable to your order or purchase. RV Online does not automatically issue tax invoices. If you require a tax invoice please contact RV Online customer services (contact details provided below).

12. OPTIONAL TOOLS

12.1 We may provide you with access to third-party tools offered through the Site (such as third-party payment applications or social media resources) which we neither monitor nor have any control over or input to.

12.2 You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such third-party tools ”as is” and “as available” without any endorsement by us of any kind.

12.3 Any use by you of optional tools offered through the Site is entirely at your own risk and discretion and you should ensure that you are familiar with and approve of the terms on which tools are provided by the relevant third-party provider(s). We shall have no liability whatsoever arising from or relating to your use of optional third-party tools.

12.4 We may also, in the future, offer new services, features and/or tools through the Service, the Site or the Store (including, the release of new tools and resources). Such new services, features and/or services shall also be subject to these Terms of Service.

13. THIRD-PARTY LINKS

13.1 Third-party links on this Site may direct you to third-party websites or social media sites that are not affiliated with us and which we neither monitor nor have any control over or input to. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy of, and we do not warrant and will not have any liability or responsibility for, any third-party social media sites or websites, or any content, materials, products or services of third-parties presented on those social media sites or websites.

13.2 We are not liable for any harm or damage related to the purchase or use of goods, services, resources, content, or any other transactions made on or in connection with any third-party sites. Please review carefully the third-party's policies and practices and make sure you understand them before you engage in any transaction. Complaints, claims, concerns, or questions regarding third-party sites should initially be directed to the third-party but can also be referred to RV Online customer services.

14. USER COMMENTS, FEEDBACK AND OTHER SUBMISSIONS

14.1 If, with or without a request from us, you send certain specific information or submissions (for example contest entries) or you send or post creative ideas, suggestions, feedback, proposals, plans, or other materials, through the Service, the Site or the Store or to us, whether online, by email, by postal mail, or otherwise (collectively, “comments”), you agree that we may, at any time, without restriction, edit, copy, publish, distribute, translate and otherwise use in any medium any such comments. We are and shall be under no obligation (a) to maintain any comments in confidence; (b) to pay compensation for any comments; or (c) to respond to any comments.

14.2 We may, but have no obligation to, monitor, edit or remove content that we determine in our sole discretion is unlawful, offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory, pornographic, obscene or otherwise objectionable or violates any party’s intellectual property or these Terms of Service.

14.3 You agree that your comments must not violate any right of any third-party, including copyright, trademark, privacy, personality or other personal or proprietary right. You further agree that your comments will not contain libelous or otherwise unlawful, abusive or obscene material, or contain any computer virus or other malware that could in any way affect the operation of the Service, the Site or the Store. You may not use a false email address, pretend to be someone other than yourself, or otherwise mislead us or third-parties as to the origin of any comments. You are solely responsible for any comments you make and their accuracy. We take no responsibility and assume no liability for any comments posted by you or any third-party.

15. PERSONAL INFORMATION AND COLLECTION NOTICE

15.1 Our Privacy Policy applies at all times to the Service, the Store and the Site and your interactions in relation to them. Your submission of personal information through the Service, the Store or the Site is governed by our Privacy Policy.

15.2 ECCPL (including through RV Online) collects:

(a) information (including personal information) provided by you (i) in your use of or interaction with the Service, (ii) in registering for a Shopping or Program account, (iii) in accessing your Shopping or Program accounts, and (iv) other information as described in our Privacy Policy; and

(b) other information (including personal information) (i) about orders submitted by you to or purchases made by you from RV Online, and (ii) as described in our Privacy Policy, including information from third-parties.

15.3 You consent to the collection, use, storage, and disclosure of the information described in clause 15.2 for the following purposes:

(a) to establish and maintain the customer relationship between you and us;

(b) to administer the Store and/or fulfil or administer any orders or purchases made through the Service, the Site or the Store;

(d) to provide marketing (including but not limited to direct marketing and any advertising on websites and social media) and other communications to you (subject to any marketing preferences you have provided to us);

(e) to assist in identifying ways in which ECCPL and RV Online can provide you and other customers with a better Service, or enhance the Store, the Site or our RVO Nation Program;

(f) to comply with ECCPL or RV Online legal and regulatory obligations and enforce any legal rights; and

(g) any other purpose as expressly set out in our Privacy Policy.

15.4 You can opt out of receiving different types of marketing communications from us by clicking the unsubscribe link in the relevant email or texting "STOP" in response to a SMS communication. You agree that if you unsubscribe from one category of marketing communications you will continue to receive other categories of marketing communications, unless you opt out of all categories of marketing communications.

15.5 You acknowledge that we may at any time send certain service related communications to you regarding transactions with us. You agree that these communications will not contain an unsubscribe link. If you do not want to receive these service related communications, you must not transact with us.

15.6 We use some de-identified details of your purchases from us (such as your residential suburb and a brief description of the item you purchased) in pop up advertising on our website, which can be seen by users of and visitors to the Site when the pop up appears. We may also use information about you (including prior purchases, the way you interact with our websites and demographic data) which has been de-identified to help us deliver marketing communications to customers and users and to display advertisements that we believe are likely to be of interest to you and other customers and users.

15.7 You also consent to ECCPL transferring or disclosing your personal information to third-party service providers as described in our Privacy Policy, including service providers who hold that data in the United States.

15.8 You can access, correct or update your information and marketing preferences on the Site. You must ensure that the information provided is accurate, complete and current, including a valid email address. If ECCPL is not provided with the information requested or the information provided is incorrect or incomplete, ECCPL may be unable to provide the Service or part of it to you.

15.9 Our Privacy Policy provides further details regarding how you may lodge a complaint if you believe there has been a breach of your privacy rights, or you have any queries, concerns or other questions regarding ECCPL’s or RV Online’s collection, use or disclosure of their personal information.

15.10 This clause 15 survives the termination of these Terms and the termination or suspension of your access to the Service or any part of it.

16. PROHIBITED USES

16.1 In addition to other prohibitions as set forth in the Terms of Service, you are prohibited from using the Site or its content: (a) for any unlawful purpose; (b) to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts; (c) to violate any international, federal or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances; (d) to infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others; (e) to harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate based on gender, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, race, age, national origin, or disability; (f) to submit false or misleading information; (g) to upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code that will or may be used in any way that will affect the functionality or operation of the Service, the Site or the Store, other websites, or the Internet; (h) to collect or track the personal information of others; (i) to spam, phish or scrape; (j) for any obscene or immoral purpose; or (k) to interfere with or circumvent the security features of the Service, the Site or the Store, other websites, or the Internet. We reserve the right to terminate your use of the Service, the Site, the Store or any part of them for violating any of the prohibited uses.

17. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

17.1 Certain legislation, including the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), may imply or impose warranties, conditions or guarantees or impose obligations which cannot be excluded, restricted or modified (“Non-Excludable Guarantees”). Nothing in this Agreement has the effect of excluding, restricting or modifying any Non-Excludable Guarantees unless permitted by law.

17.2 Subject to clause 17.1, we exclude all warranties, conditions or guarantees (other than those expressly set out in these Terms) including, but not limited to, all warranties, conditions or guarantees implied in fact or by law and, while we will use our reasonable endeavours to provide a quality service, we do not guarantee, represent or warrant that your use of our Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free.

17.3 Subject to clauses 17.1 and 17.5, you expressly agree that:

(a) your use of, or inability to use, the Service is at your sole risk; and

(b) the Service including the Store and all products and services delivered to you through the Service are (except as expressly stated by us) provided 'as is' and 'as available' for your use, without any representation, warranty or condition of any kind, either express or implied, including all implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, merchantable quality, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, title, and non-infringement.

17.4 Subject to clause 17.1, neither ECCPL nor RV Online will be liable to you, nor will you be liable to ECCPL or RV Online, for any Consequential Loss arising under or in connection with these Terms, the Service, the Store or the Site including in respect of any product and/or service, whether arising under contract, in tort (including negligence), under any statute or otherwise.

17.5 Subject to clause 17.1 and to the extent permitted by law, the liability of ECCPL and/or RV Online to you arising under or in connection with these Terms, the Service, the Store or the Site including in respect of any product and/or service will be limited (at our option) to: (i) the cost of re-supplying the relevant goods or services, or (ii) repairing or paying the cost of repairing the relevant goods, or (iii) refund of the price you paid for the relevant goods or services, other than any such liability arising out of the negligence or wilful misconduct of or any breach of laws by ECCPL and/or RV Online.

18. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

18.1 You acknowledge and agree that:

(a) you have no rights or title to, or interest in, any ECCPL owned intellectual property rights or any intellectual property rights licensed to ECCPL or any RV Online related intellectual property rights; and

(b) the Trade Marks, any other ECCPL or RV Online branding, the RVO Nation Program and any ECCPL or RV Online customer or prospective customer database, and all intellectual property rights in any of them, are owned solely by ECCPL.

19. GENERAL

19.1 If any provision of these Terms or its application to any person or circumstance is or becomes invalid, illegal or unenforceable, then the provision will so far as possible be read down to the extent necessary to ensure that it is not illegal, invalid or unenforceable. If any provision or part of it cannot be so read down, then the provision or relevant part of it will be deemed to be void and severable and the remaining provisions of these Terms will not be affected or impaired in any way.

19.2 Notices and other communications (collectively “Notices”) provided by ECCPL (through RV Online or otherwise) to you may be provided by email, by posting on the Site or by any other form of communication as determined by ECCPL. You will be taken to have received any such Notice upon ECCPL sending such Notice to your email address or posting it on the Site. Any notice or communication from you to any of us must be sent by email to hello@rvonline.com.au

19.3 Neither ECCPL nor RV Online accepts any responsibility for any lost, stolen or misdirected Notice or any delay in receiving or non-receipt of any such Notice arising as a result of: (a) any of the contact details we hold in relation to your Shopping account or your Program account being invalid or incorrect; and/or (b) your email systems malfunctioning. It is your responsibility to ensure that the contact details we hold in relation to your Shopping account or your Program account are valid, correct and up to date at all times.

19.4 Any failure or delay by ECCPL or RV Online in exercising its rights under these Terms does not constitute a waiver of those rights. Any waiver by ECCPL or RV Online must be in writing and signed by an authorised representative of ECCPL.

19.5 Any ambiguities in the interpretation of these Terms of Service shall not be construed against the drafting party.

20. THIS AGREEMENT AND TERMINATION / SUSPENSION OF THE SERVICE

20.1 These Terms (and the Agreement) apply to any use of the Site, including without limitation any use of the Store or the Service, any order for or purchase of products and/or services on the Site, and any order for or purchase of products and/or services with RV Online through RV Online customer services.

20.2 If you do not agree to comply with these Terms (and the Agreement) then you must not use the Site, the Store or the Service (and you must not submit any order to or make any purchase from RV Online).

20.3 If in our sole judgment you fail to comply with or breach, or we reasonably suspect that you have failed to comply with or breached, any term or provision of these Terms of Service, we may: (a) terminate this Agreement with you at any time; and/or (b) terminate your access to our Service, the Store and the Site (or any part thereof), and in each case we will notify you when this occurs.

20.4 If this Agreement is terminated (as between you and us) for any reason you must not use the Service, the Store or the Site (and you must not submit any order) and we may take any steps necessary to ensure that you will not be able to use the Service, the Store and/or the Site (or any part thereof) and we will notify you when this occurs.

20.5 If this Agreement is terminated (as between you and us) for any reason or you cease to use the Site, the Store or the Service, the obligations and liabilities of the parties incurred prior to the date this Agreement terminates, or the date you cease to use the Site, the Store or the Service, shall survive such termination or cessation for all purposes (and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination or cessation).

20.6 You agree that from time to time we may (acting reasonably) suspend the Service or any part of it (including the ability to submit orders) at any time, including for example to reflect changes to our practices or for upgrades to, maintenance of or servicing of the Site, or to protect, improve and optimise the RV Online business, or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons. We also reserve the right at any time to discontinue or cancel the Service (or any part of it) with or without notice at any time.

20.7 We will endeavour to provide you with reasonable advance notice of any such suspension, discontinuance or cancellation of the Service (except in the case of emergency or an urgent business requirement, in which case we will provide notice to you as soon as practicable). Subject to any Non-Excludable Rights, we will not be liable to you or to any third-party for any suspension, discontinuance or cancellation of the Service.

21. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

21.1 These Terms of Service and any policies or operating rules posted by us on this Site or in respect to the Service (taken together) constitute the entire agreement and understanding between you and us and govern your use of the Service, the Site and the Store, superseding any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and us (including, but not limited to, any prior versions of the Terms of Service).

22. GOVERNING LAW

22.1 These Terms of Service (and any separate agreements we may have with you whereby we provide you any Service or any products and/or services) will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Victoria, Australia, and we and you each submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of courts in that State and any other courts which may hear appeals from those courts.

24. DEFINITIONS

24.1 In these Terms of Service have (unless the context requires otherwise):

“Consequential Loss” means any (a) loss of opportunity, loss of use, loss of profit or economic loss of any kind, or (b) indirect, incidental or consequential loss, damage, claim or expense, or (c) special, punitive or exemplary loss or damage.

“Non-Excludable Guarantees” has the meaning given in clause 17.1.

“Program account” means the RVO Nation Program account allocated to a member of the RVO Nation Program for the purposes of the RVO Nation Program and earning and redeeming RVO Nation Program points under the RVO Nation Program.

"RVO Nation Program” means the ‘RVO Nation’ customer loyalty and rewards program provided by ECCPL (through RV Online), as that program may be amended or renamed from time to time.

“RV Online” means the online retail business operated by ECCPL at www.rvonline.com.au under the banner ‘RV Online’ (and, for the avoidance of doubt, each reference to ‘ECCPL’, ‘we’, ‘our’ or ‘us’ in these Terms includes RV Online).

“RV Online customer services” means the RV Online customer service call centre contactable as described in clause 23 above.

“Shopping account” means a Store shopping account established for a RV Online customer for the purposes of that customer submitting orders and making purchases through the Store.

“Trade Marks” means the intellectual property, names, logos, trade marks, brands, designs or expressions that ECCPL or RV Online uses in the course of conducting its businesses.

And references in these Terms and Conditions to $, AU$ or dollars is a reference to Australian dollars.
