1.  Overview of this Policy

1.1  This Shipping Policy (“Policy”) applies to all products purchased on this website (the “Site”) or purchased from RV Online through RV Online customer services.
1.2  This Policy is part of the Terms of Service (“Terms of Service”) for those purchases and is also part of the Agreement between you and ECCPL in relation to those purchases (see the Terms of Service provided on the Site).
1.3  The Site is owned and operated by Everything Caravan & Camping Pty Ltd (ABN 85 664 582 932) trading as RVonline.com.au ("ECCPL”, “RV Online”, "we”, “our” or ”us”).
1.4  This Policy applies and is effective from the Effective Date stated above (“Effective Date”). RV Online offers the Site to you, the user, including all products and services, information and tools available from this Site, conditional upon your acceptance of this Policy.
1.5  This Policy does not apply to any other business conducted or website operated by ECCPL.
1.6  Please read this Policy carefully before accessing or using our Site.

2.  Shipping information

2.1  Key Shipping information
Shipping is calculated on total order weight and destination. This can be checked in the Cart. All shipping charges will be set out in the Cart and on your order.
Please allow up to 3 days processing time before your parcel is sent. In most cases it will be sent within the first 24hrs.
We only deliver to locations in Australia.
2.2   Free Shipping Offer for Online Orders over $95
  • To qualify for this free shipping offer, your order must be greater than $95 after any sale discounts or coupons are applied.
  • This free shipping offer may be withdrawn or altered (by posting the updated details on the Site) at anytime.
  • Offer excludes bulky items.
2.3  Tracking your Parcel
Once your order has been packed and left our warehouse, you will be emailed a tracking number and a link at which you can track your parcel. 
Please check your junk mail as some customers find this email is redirected to this folder.
2.4  Delivery Information
Orders are sent via Australia Post or Border Express and require signature on delivery.
If the parcel is not signed for, the item will be ‘carded’. This card will be left at the address supplied and will indicate where your parcel may be collected from.
For Australia Post – the item will be kept at that collection point for 10 business days then (if not collected in that time) will be returned to sender.

PLEASE NOTE DELIVERY TIMES (the time between the item leaving the warehouse and delivery to the stated shipping address) CAN VARY DEPENDING ON PUBLIC HOLIDAYS, WEEKENDS, LOCATION, NATURAL DISASTERS, AUSTRALIA POST INVESTIGATIONS & OTHER UNCONTROLLABLE FACTORS. 
THESE TIMEFRAMES ARE OUT OF OUR CONTROL, WE WILL TRY OUR BEST TO ENSURE YOU RECEIVE YOUR PARCEL ASAP. 
2.5  Missing Parcels
In the event that your parcel is held up or is lost, it may take up to three months to receive an answer from the Australia Post or Border Express Investigation Team. Unfortunately, these timeframes are uncontrollable and we will do our best to rectify the issue ASAP.
2.6  Incorrect Information
Once your order has been placed no changes are able to be made. Please double check your shipping address is correct before submitting your order. Business addresses must include the business name.
If parcels are not collected after being ‘carded’ (as described above), or are required to be returned to sender due to insufficient or incorrect information, delivery costs are unable to be refunded. Once you have placed your order, you are committing to the purchase and declaring that all information entered including the shipping address is correct.
If you do find you have entered incorrect shipping information please email us ASAP at hello@rvonline.com.au  and we will attempt to correct the mistake.
2.7  Consumer laws
Nothing in this Policy limits or excludes any guarantees, warranties or conditions implied or imposed by law, including the Australian Consumer Law (or any liability under them) which by law may not be limited or excluded.

If you do not agree to all of the terms in this Policy or any updated, changed or replaced Policy terms, then you must stop using the Site and must not submit an order to or make a purchase of products or services from RV Online.
