Shipping
We ship across Australia, however we do not offer international shipping.
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days, and shipping times to each state are as follows:
Victoria - 2-3 business days.
New South Wales - 3-4 business days
Queensland - 3-5 business days
Northern Territory - 4-9 business days
Western Australia - 5-10 business days
Australian Capital Territory - 3-5 business days
South Australia - 3-5 business days.
Tasmania - 3-5 business days
We use a range of carriers, however the majority of items go with Australia Post, and large/bulky items will usually go with Border Express.
Some items can be express posted, to make an enquiry for an express order you can call 1300-05-2020 to place the order.
Yes orders over $299 come with free shipping on RV Online.
If the parcel is confirmed as lost by the courier we will dispatch a replacement unit.
Larger freight will be rescheduled for delivery, if delivery fails again the item will go to the parcel center for collection.
Items shipped with Auspost will be taken to the your local post office for collection if no one is able to accept the delivery.

Yes, all products on our website come with a manufaturer warranty. To see the warranty period for a specific product please refer to the manufacturers website or reach out to our customer support for assistance.

The myCOOLMAN factory seconds are refurbished by authorized myCOOLMAN technicians, they are guaranteed to be in fully functional condition, and they come with a 12-month warranty from myCOOLMAN. The factory second coolers are expected to have minor scratches/dents and/or minor discolouration.
Technical assistance
You can contact the myCOOLMAN team of authorized technicians on 1300-07-2018 for technical support and warranty enquiries.
You can call the Truma service team on 1300-07-2018 and someone from the team will assist.
We stock a limited range of parts for some brands. If a spare is not available on RV Online, they can be purchased directly from the manufacturer of the item.
For spare parts for Truma, Milenco, or myCOOLMAN products you can contact their team on 1300-07-2018.
Store Information
RV Online is E-Commerce only, as such we do not have any retail store fronts.
To make an account start on the homepage of RV Online. In the top right of the website there is a button marked “Login in/Sign up”, click on this and follow the prompts to create an account. An email address is required to make an account.
New customers can access 5 percent off their first order with RV Online. To get this discount, navigate to the RV Online home page. On this page you will see an option to sign up to our loyalty program. Once signed up you will receive a one time code via email that can be applied at checkout to redeem the discount.

RV Online supports payment via Visa, Mastercard, Google pay, Apple pay, Paypal and shop. We also have zip pay and Afterpay as our buy now pay later methods.
Yes, you can call us on 1300-05-2020, 9am-5am AEST Monday-Friday and place an order over the phone.
Coupon codes are alphanumeric codes given during promotions as well as for first time customers. Once you have added the required items to your cart, select checkout. From the checkout page you can input the code in the ‘discount code or gift card’ section on the right side of the screen. The discounted amount will automatically apply to your cart.
We have both Zip and afterpay available as our buy now pay later options.
