"Very disappointing, considering what this cost. . . . Lock jammed and failed after a handful of uses. . . undercover too. 18 months old. Contacted the main office for Milenco, called Leisure Tec in Melbourne, and they didn't help at all. Not even a goodwill half price offer for a new one. As usual, no decent custoner service anymore. Waste of money. Should have just bought a cable at a bike shop with a decent padlock. DO NOT RECOMMEND!"
