Excellent product, did the job, but a little diagram to show installation would have been excellent as I was not sure where o ring had to go, gave 4 star for product but 5 star is warranted for service you amazed me, I had it next day from interstate, & when you have no water in your RV that’s exactly what you need.

We suffered a thread crack in the fitted outlet fitting which poured hot water under the bed and ran out on the floor. I ordered a replacement fitting and to my delight it arrived in two days which allowed us to continue our travel with hot water.
